1. Shipping Overview

We ship wellness products across the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times, rates, and carriers may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

Our mission is to help you outfox your clock — and we work hard to deliver your order as swiftly and safely as possible.


2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that during holidays, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

📦 U.S. Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (e.g., over $75)

🌍 International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days

  • Rates are calculated at checkout

  • Customs & import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment. If you haven’t received tracking info or need help, reach out to us at support@clockbusters.com.


5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, depending on your location and service type


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Incorrect Shipping Info

Please verify your address carefully before placing an order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to entry errors

  • Delivery delays caused by missing or incomplete info

If you need to fix a mistake, contact us ASAP at support@clockbusters.com — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll try to correct it.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us at support@vavida.co and we’ll help sort it out.

Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered complete. However, if your order is lost or stolen, let us know — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
